In all positions at GP Bikes, it is important for staff to be versatile and willing to assist with a variety of tasks. Unless otherwise stated, most positions involve working mainly during our store hours, however, additional projects may be assigned which require different working hours. Working off-site at Trade Shows beyond these store hours several times a year is a requirement.

  • Overview: 

    Are you passionate about motorcycles and the riding lifestyle? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? GP Bikes is looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team! If you have strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and knowledge of motorcycle makes, models and mechanics, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

    What You'll Do:

    Greet customers and intake motorcycles or power equipment for service and diagnostics, ensuring detailed and accurate work orders.Schedule and manage service appointments efficiently.

    Communicate with customers via phone, email, or in person, keeping them informed on service progress and future maintenance needs.

    Provide accurate quotes for service work and finalize invoices upon job completion.

    Sell service operations and proactively recommend additional maintenance when appropriate.

    Assist with other service-related duties as needed.

    What We're Looking For:

    ✔ Passion for motorcycles and a strong understanding of motorcycle makes and models.

    ✔ Previous experience as a Service Advisor required or experience within the motorcycle industry

    ✔ Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.

    ✔ Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

    ✔ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

    ✔ Physically able to push and maneuver motorcycles within the dealership and lot.

  • Overview: 

    If you are friendly, have a “no problem” attitude and understand the apparel needs of riders, then this may be the job for you! In this position, you are responsible for delivering excellent service to every customer - whether you are selling products, or telling them about various sales, promotions and events. Other tasks include making sure that merchandise is always presented neatly and priced correctly. 

    Qualifications:

    • Passion for the riding lifestyle and knowledge of motorcycle products, parts and accessories

    • Motorcycle apparel and accessories sales experience is considered an asset

    • Previous customer service experience; both in person and on the phone 

    • Strong computer skills

    • Able to work under pressure with good time management skills 

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize

    • Available to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends.

    As a Part-Time Cashier, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include processing purchases, returns, and exchanges while handling general customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm. In addition, you'll assist with answering phone calls, greeting customers, completing transactions, confirming purchases upon exit, and supporting various administrative tasks as needed.

    What You'll Bring:

    • Previous customer service and cash handling experience
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
    • A positive, team-oriented attitud
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Good math and problem solving skills
    • Must be availabile to work a few days during the week, as well as Saturdays, with increased availability in the spring and summer.

    As a Motorcycle and Powersport Parts & Accessories Sales Associate you will deliver outstanding customer service by proactively assisting customers in store and answering inquiries by phone. On and Off-Road parts and accessories knowledge is required to effectively search and determine customers’ needs. Your goal is customer satisfaction. If this sounds like an ideal way to spend your work day, then this may be the job for you! This position is ideal if you are an individual with a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and ability to be versatile in your role working in our fast paced environment. Other tasks include ensuring merchandise is always presented neatly and priced correctly.

    What You'll Bring:

    • Passion for the riding lifestyle!
    • Knowledge in motorcycle parts and accessories.
    • Previous customer experience selling motorcycle and powersport parts is an asset
    • Keyboarding and computer skills
    • Able to work under pressure and good time management
