• TPU transversal rigidity plate:
  
  • The transversal ridigity plate made from thermoformed polyurethane (TPU) provides crush-preventing strength, should the bike ever land on your foot.
• External TPU heel bumper:
  
  • The addition of a thermoformed polyurethane heel bumper not only adds physical sturdiness, it also ups the anty on rugged looks.
• SEESOFT ankle discs

Sole & Waterproofing

• PU-rubber sole:
  
  • By using synthetic polyurethane rubber in exactly the correct compound, these soles can provide ample cushioning and durable comfort.
• FLEXBLADE:
  
  • Proprietary footwear technology that incorporates the flex and dampening characteristics of performance running shoes with transversal rigidity of ride-ready footwear, with fit, feel, and function in one – made visible through the sole cutaway.
• Hydratex|Z-liner:
  
  • A waterproof layer is laminated onto a carrier to construct the REV’IT! hydratex|Z-liner membrane. The carrier, in turn, protects the membrane against wear-and-tear damage, and the seams of the membrane are taped to ensure waterproofing. The Z- liner is constructed between the lining and the outer shell. The REV’IT! hydratex|Z-liner membrane is used in garments that demand a high level of all-weather protection.

• BOA® Fit System:
  
  • The unique BOA® Fit System makes for a perfect fit, an extremely fast closure and a very lightweight boot. Enter the shoe, push the dial to engage, turn it for the perfect fit, and pull up on the dial for a quick release. Once locked in place the BOA® Fit System dial and laces stay that way. Made from aircraft-grade stainless steel, BOA® Fit System laces are stronger per gram than tank armor.
• TPU gear shift pad:
  
  • An additional panel has been placed on the foot top to protect the boot from the gear shifter. This extra layer has a rippled texture for a sure grip while shifting.
• Double lasting construction:
  
  • Double lasting wraps both upper and midsole onto the last, enhancing fit, stability, and torsional control.
• Strobel construction:
  
  • Strobel construction bonds the upper to a flexible sole base, reducing weight and enhancing flex for both wearing comfort and riding feel.
