"'01 Ducati Monster 600 GP Bikes Rocks! I went in to get my oil filter, & decided to stay. Needing to do a major service on my bike, I wasn't sure I was going to take it to GP Bikes. But after talking to Josh in the service department, I was convinced of doing so. &, riding the end result home on one of the last nice days of the season, I know I made the right decision. Ken went the extra mile, & the bike runs like new. (Ken, no flat spot, the carb is clean!) Everyone from the front desk, to Maureen in accessories, & Jeff in parts, made me feel like I was their only customer. A unique experience that will keep me coming back. "I've been following gpbikes.com for approx 3 years watching the prices for used bikes. Through the years noticed that the pricing was reasonable and when prices dropped they dropped below what the average prices were. I had the opportunity to finally come to Whitby to see the show room and store. I was amazed at the size and number of used motorcycles that were available. I decided to purchase a 2000 Valkyrie Interstated and was pleased with the store and sales associates. After I purchased the bike I then came back a few days later to drive the bike home 1400 km to Thunder Bay, ON. It rode great and had lots of power for the hills in Northern ON. Thank you for the great service."

"Being a first time bike buyer, I had many questions about the equipment/apparel that I needed to buy to be both safe and comfortable in. From Jerry the owner, right down to each and every staff member that I dealt with over the past 5 weeks, I experienced nothing but a positive, professional and educational experience when dealing with GP Bikes, with the most competitive prices out there. Thanks to GP Bikes, I have now completed all my necessary purchases to enjoy my riding season. I would like to make a special mention to TOM behind the parts/accessories counter. I have never seen someone handle a constant line at the counter, an endless ringing phone, searching thru catalogues and manning internet searches for the GP Bikes customers. He does this while maintaining a calm, focused approach and respect for the customer, all with the utmost level of knowledge. I wish Jerry and his staff all the best in the new store. "I recently purchased a used Rocket III and was thrilled with the way everything was handled. I'm not sure if the sales staff is on commission, if they are you would not know it as they were all equally helpful and enthusiastic about my new bike. I thought the pricing and trade in allowance was more than fair and have found that GP bikes has always treated me and my family (3 of us ride) very well. They are fair, friendly and knowledgable in short a great place to buy and service a bike of any kind!"

"I purchased my bike quite awhile back.and I live a considerable distance from GP Bikes. Gerry was the best and he stands behind his in house warranty 101 %. My bike had a couple probs. Gerry sent his truck out every time to ge it and return it to me..even fixed something that was not covered under his warranty..Would recomend GP Bikes to anyone..No problem at all."

"I've been in Toronto for just over five years, and have been to GP Bikes once or twice a year for something to do... Been on the mailing list, and have been shopping for tires off and on most of this past summer. Was there three weeks ago, and someone 'threw me the keys' of a new Multistrada, gave me $10 and said: "Go put some gas in in for us, will ya?" followed by: "See you in half an hour, 45mins maybe?". Anyways... Love that part of the sales side... Today, '40% off in stock tires' Pair for my bike was over $100 cheaper than a quote last week. Sold. Parts guys were great, a little disappointed that the tires were in the service shop, and I have to wait for Monday, but gives me an excuse to go back. :-) Because of the 'outlaying' of cash, I'd brought Ms. Purse Strings with me, prior to the purchase, and in the negotiation/begging stages of the conversations, we were approached five times, by three different sales folks, to see if we needed help. I was impressed by that fact considering there were probably 30 or 40 customers in the store. FANTASTIC. Great Folks Great Selection Great Prices Just wish I didn't live so far away."

"I cannot say enough about the EXEMPLARY service I received from all departments at GP Bikes. I live in the west end of Toronto and have other dealerships (including other DUCATI dealers) much closer to where I live; but I continue to come back to GP Bikes! I just recently purchased a front paddock stand for my Duc and both Jeff and Yahya were EXCELLENT in helping me decide which one to get. They showed me the various options and also did a demo right in the showroom! I had gone to the service department initially to get some advice on which style to purchase. Again, the Service Dept took the time to explain all the options and I went out to the shop with Josh so he could show me the issues to watch out for. Suffice to say that ALL personnel at GP Bikes aim to DELIGHT the customer with service and advice. I have been riding a motorcycle for over 30 years now and I have seen my share of dealers/service departments. GP Bikes has been BY FAR, the best dealer/service dept. I have ever dealt with. "Good evening, I have been a customer of yours for the last five years. I have purchased two motorcycles from you over the last three years. Most recently I purchased a 2010 Monster 696. Carl was the gentleman I dealt with. I would like to say that he could just as easily make a career in teaching people how to deal with clients. His service was exemplary. He worked around my schedule for ownership transfer (I had a trade in) and made sure everything was ready for me despite not being able to be there himself (it was an expo weekend when I picked up the bike in April) when I picked up the bike. He even called a few days later to make sure everything was OK! When it comes to service I am just as equally impressed. The gentlemen that work at the reception counter (Josh and the other gentleman for which I do not have his name) are incredibly polite and enthusiastic. I have always been offered water while I waited and they have both answered my endless questions (perhaps some that they have been asked a thousand times by other customers) without once being condescending or sounding annoyed. Once again, exemplary. The final thank you I would like to make is for the Ducati technician with the 'small hat' (I apologize as I do not know his name but he rides a GSXR1000). Twice I have come in with small issues such as a light switch problem and earlier this evening an oil filter problem, and he not only recognized me (sounds funny but it makes you feel respected) but he dealt with the issue quickly and efficiently. i was there for less than 10 minutes! It takes me longer to deposit money at the bank and I'm giving them money!!! I would buy him a beer if I lived in Ajax. It is quite evident why GP Bikes has succeeded. There is a great team working there. Thanks for everything and I look forward to my next purchase which will, without hesitation be from you. Thank you! Luke Doucet "
